Hi my name is Dexter. I am attempting to buy my part of the "American Dream". This is my siduation. The home I am tring to purchase for my son and I is 185K. I have a IRS bill of 15K. My yearly income is 70K minus bills like debt, child support, child care, utilities etc. I am currently living from pay check to pay check. I just need a little breathing room to get back above water. I am asking for 150K to get completely out of debt and pay a sizable portion of this mortgage down on the home I am attempting to purchase.
